The Space: Perfect for families, The Old Town Retreat comfortably sleeps up to 7 (4 adults, 3 children). With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and set on a ¼ acre lot, this home also makes for a perfect romantic weekend getaway or staycation! An added bonus is a game room to help keep the kids entertained, a huge backyard with a fantastic outdoor living space, firepit and grill, as well as a temperature controlled home gym or yoga studio! Every aspiring chef will be satisfied with our fully stocked kitchen! Boasting top of the line appliances, gas oven/stove, tri-ply stainless steel cookware and forged cutlery, you will have everything needed to create a culinary delight! We are also located 5 minutes away from the Future Legends sports park, home to year-round sports tournaments and two professional sports teams (baseball & soccer). We go back to CO every year because CO still has a little piece of our hearts. This rental was in the perfect location! It was walking distance to downtown Windsor and all the restaurants. The street is very quite and definitely kid friendly! It is walking distance to a beautiful park and also Eastman Park. We are already planning or family trip for next year! There were extras that I didn’t realize, such as shower gel and shampoo in the showers, and hand soap at the sinks . There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, pods, and little treats. these things make your stay so pleasant in case you forgotten your own items. There were enough dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and glasses. one of the nights we had our children and grandchildren over for dinner then we walked to the park, which is right down the block where there are, Pickle-ball courts , cornhole, and a nice playground.
