If you’ve never been here before and they ask you if you’d like help with your bags when you check-in, I’d accept the help knowing what the layout of the property is like now.
A/C was extremely underwhelming for a 90 degree day in AZ. Turned it all the way to 62 at night and it didn’t seem to cool anywhere near that temp.
Drain in shower is very slow.
Hot tub was closed.

Their breakfast is amazing with reasonable price. We will definitely come back for it. Their golf course is also suitable for family. My 8 year old daughter really enjoyed playing the short course. Staff members are courteous and genuinely kind. Room decor is modern and cozy, excellent as a first timer to visit Scottsdale.

The staff at the breakfast area were not very friendly. The property is okay for a stay, but it felt a bit dirty. There was no body wash provided in the bathroom, and the property is currently under construction.
Overall is ok for the price.

Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.

The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight.
The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it.

Property had alot of people roaming the site at night, the room was clean but could have extra trash bins instead of just the restroom, cool ac so recommend taking extra blankets due to beds only having 2 sheets and a thin blanket in-between, bathtub/shower the water wasn't draining while taking ...

We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay.
