The house has CCTV covering outside spaces and driveways. Local Area We are a 10 min drive from Bowness on Windemere where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars as well as attractions such as Windermere Lake Cruises. Ambleside, Kendal and Ulverston are all around a 25 min drive away. Getting there Leave the M6 at J36 and follow the A590 to Newby Bridge. Turn right onto A592 for 3.6 miles and take a right turn onto Birks Road, signposted Park Cliffe. Larchside Apartment at Pine Tops is the first property on the right hand side. Please park at the front of the property clearly marked 'Larchside parking". The ground floor front door is accessed via the large flagged steps from the parking area. The private patio area for your use in to the left of the apartment. There is a blue bench and on an elevated area a table & chairs.
