The living room features a smart TV that is Internet-enabled. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use.
The day bed can be used as 1 single bed, 2 singles or slide them side-by-side to be a king!

There is also a selection of board games for your pleasure.

Unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi is included. As well as a premium cable package.

KITCHEN
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Features a luxurious king-sized bed, a chaise lounge and a closet.

PATIO
Backing onto a green space and lots of comfy seating, it's the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee. The propane grill works great all year.

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

PARKING
You will be provided with a designated parking stall beside the unit's building. There are additional visitor parking spaces available at the entrance to the property.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Akiskinook Resort is a unique place in the Columbia Valley because of the pool and beach access. This resort is so family-friendly and full of amenities, that you will want to come back again and again. Within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find things to do across the Columbia Valley.
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please leave the community keycard where you found it in the unit upon checkout. If it is lost or stolen there will be a $100 replacement charge. If you lose it during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can get one quickly for the next guests.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

9. You will be provided with the Akiskinook Rules in your rental agreement which is required to be signed prior to arrival. Any fines that occur during your stay will be charged back to the renters whose name is on the reservation.
