This bedroom has a queen bed, and a jack and jill ensuite bathroom with a shower over the tub. The main level offers an open concept fully equipped kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. A large dining table comfortably seats 6 people plus there's a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The living area has an electric fireplace with seating area. Patio doors lead onto a large private deck with patio furniture, a gas BBQ and lovely golf course views. The upper level has 2 large bedrooms and a large loft area overlooking the living room. Each bedroom has a double bed. There is a second full bathroom with a shower over the tub. The lower level is a bright and spacious recreation area with TV, DVD player, hide-a-bed and futon.. Patio doors lead onto the west facing covered patio. There's a forth private sleeping area with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower over tub and a laundry room are also located on this level. \*Furry friends are welcome at this property (pet fee applies of $25/nt- Max 1 pets) - they will love the amazing trails and the Fairmont Creek located right by the property parking lot - the Spirit Trail at Columbia Lake Provincial Park or the Wilder Park by the Columbia River are both with 5-10 minutes and favourites of ours.
