Bakery Cottage was designed and built by the current owner, for which he was awarded a Civic Award for creating a new property so in keeping with the surroundings. The cottage has been finished to a crisp and contemporary manner to appeal to those who enjoy a more modern style and is furnished to a high standard with luxury leather sofas and comfortable beds.  
  
With a great collection of traditional and modern restaurants, pubs, wine bars and cafes in addition to some of the best shopping in the Lake District, Bowness is at the very heart of the Lake District and Bakery Cottage is the ideal choice for everything from a romantic weekend away, a few days to explore Lake Windermere or those wanting visit some of the Lake District's most popular attractions and if you want to get out and enjoy the great outdoors.
