Unwind in our multi-level retreat, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen, and serene master suites with enchanting lake views. Designed to accommodate large groups, this spacious home boasts six bedrooms, and offers a total of 11 beds, ensuring privacy and comfort. Indulge in the great outdoors with our private dock, a hot tub, and delightful amenities, all set against the backdrop of Tim's Ford Lake. BEDROOM LOCATIONS AND BED COUNTS Primary Bedroom 1- 1 king bed (main floor) private bath Primary Bedroom 2- 1 King Bed (lower level) private bath Bedroom 3- 1 King Bed ( main floor with private access to hall bath) 1 crib Bedroom 4- 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 5- Upstairs bunk room 1 Full size built in bed 1 Full size built in bed 1 Full size built in bed Bathroom located in this room ( this is the bathroom upstairs that serves both bedroom 5 & 6 ) Bedroom 6 ( also the TV/Media/Hang out area located upstairs ) 1 Queen bed 1 single size twin built in Bed ( this is the built in bed with the gable roof that is low to the ground) 1 Toddler bed 1 Full size bed located at The top of the loft ( also Known as the “bunk” on bed count in bedroom 6. 1 couch Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of owner’s closets and garage. Other things to note Tim’s Ford Lake is generated by a dam. The water level does fluctuate and goes down usually in October, and rises again around April. You can visit TVA’s website for current water levels. While the property does have a dock, when the water level is down, it may not be accessible depending on the steepness of the gangway ( the bridge to the dock) However, there is still great water views and you can relax and even fish off the pier. This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to party this would not accommodate your needs.
