It was cold during our visit and we spent most of our time traveling around to see the sights, so we only walked out on the deck once. But the large windows allowed us to see the great view. Most everything was up date as far as appliances, heating, fans, lights etc… The property is exactly as listed. The only things I would point out is that even though there is a gas fireplace which can be seen in the photos, there were no gas logs hooked up at the time of our visit. Not a deal breaker but we did look forward to having one. Also for anyone who may be used to renting properties and having basic kitchen consumables already there, they might be caught off guard. We quickly realized we were gonna need to get coffee filters, salt & pepper and trash bags. All in all a great place. ##### Paul T. The home was decorated just as a lake house should be! Wonderful furnishings and comfortable beds. The full size bunkbeds mattresses were amazing too! We had an issue with the microwave breaking down, but it was replaced within hours. The communication with the management company was excellent! The steps to the lake are quite steep for some folks so keep that in mind when booking. I am local to Tims Ford Lake and will definitely bring more people to this house if it’s available when we need it!
