Charming lakefront cottage in Hopkins Point Subdivision. Located at end of cove with private dock (owners boat will be there – will have to tie boat to side). You will have a lot of fun in this 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath home with bonus loft area with game table. Main level features dining room, kitchen, living room, master bedroom with master bath and a half bath, downstairs features 2 bedrooms, full bath and a den with pool table, ping pong table, and table shuffleboard.

Owners boat will be at the dock. Guests will have to tie their boat to the side of dock.
