"We are a multigenerational family that tries to get to Tim’s Ford on e a year. This is by far our favorite place ever. Plenty of room to fish from the dock and play cornhole and catch up on everyone’s life. ❤️ Plenty of parking and places for the kids to play with bubbles. We always do a fish fry on the last night and we loved sitting on the porch enjoying the view. Tim was wonderful with communication! Loved their house!"

"I can't espouse enough about how great this stay was! The property was fantastic, very clean and laid out great for 2 families with young ones. (The little side bedroom off the 2 masters were the selling point!) We had the boat in the water all weekend, super short drive to the winchester boat ramp and local marina. We fished off the dock and the kids had a blast catching bluegills. Will be staying again!"

"The house is actually even nicer than the pictures, which is a rare thing. Beauty lake house, clean very new and priced right. Should we return to Winchester this will be the place we stay. Seven minutes from the downtown area, only ten minutes from Walmart. Next place exceeded our expectations."

"Such an amazing property the photos don’t even do it justice. The house was impeccably clean. So close to the lake with our own private dock. We enjoyed hiking at Tims Ford State Park, gorgeous trailheads behind the nature center, only a 20 minute drive away. We also kayaked, canoed, and swam in the pool and hot tub. The back porch is huge. We will definitely be back!"

"This home was perfect for accommodating our family for Christmas. There was plenty of space in the living areas, and a very large kitchen. All bedrooms had their own bathroom. The home was very convenient to town, we had an excellent lunch at Filo’s in downtown Winchester. Look forward to staying here again."
