Our kids enjoyed the pool area that was within walking distance and the marina was a short drive away for our boating trips. The only thing that was a little precarious was parking our boat & trailer outside the neighborhood. The parking area is quite narrow & hard to maneuver around in trying to park a 23’ boat with other vehicles present. Once the lot filled up with other guests, there was no room. We ended up having to park outside the designated area, which wasn’t ideal, but really had no choice.
