« Spacious off-street parking behind the hotel. A warm welcome and efficient staff. Clean, neat room and ensuite. Lots of hot water, soft towels. Comfortable bed. Nicely cooked breakfast with excellent eggs, bacon and toast, coffee and juice (other options available). Staff deserve a special commendation - there was an unexpected power cut in that part of town in the morning, but they managed to serve an excellent hot breakfast with no fuss or delays. Thank you! »

« The house was spotless and clean you have a front room if you don’t want to sit in your room and a kitchen to cook your own food and washing machine and tumble dryer this was all noticed before I got to my room which was again spotless and warm exactly what you want after being outside the staff are super friendly and are willing to help with anything they can »

"Hôtel idéalement placé pour rejoindre le terminal Horizon. L’hôtel se trouve a pied à 5min de la gare de Southampton et 10min du terminal Horizon. Accueil rapide. Chambre propre et très spacieuse. Lit très bien. + Produits Rituals dans la salle de bain / canette d’eau offerte. Jolie vue sur les bateaux de croisières à la fin du couloir. Petit déjeuner choix varié et très bon. "

"Certes l'hôtel n'est pas tout jeune mais il est parfaitement entretenu. On y trouve tout sur place, restaurant, bar, machine à laver et sèche-linge ainsi qu'une petite piscine (ouverte à partir de 15h/15h30 en semaine). L'hôtel se trouve 5 mn à pied du port, des bateaux à visiter ainsi que d'un centre commercial "outlet" où les prix sont forts intéressants. De nombreux pubs, restaurants et magasins à proximité. "
