Inside, you will find two large, comfortable bedrooms with King and Queen size beds, and full bathroom. Soak up the peace and tranquility of the Texas Hill Country with this charming home. Texas Star offers two comfortable bedrooms. One room hosts a king-size bed with lovely linens, a large television, and private access to the outdoor patio. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, lovely views as well as private access to the patio area, convenient to access the hot tub. A roomy bathroom with custom tile work and a walkin-shower offers plenty of room to tidy up for a night on the town. A kitchen and living space is a celebration of rustic charm. I woke up one morning and there were four bucks and a little spike walking through the front yard. 1.3 miles from H-E-B and the downtown area. The property is on a large lot, although there is a neighbor next door that is separated by a fence. We never heard or saw them. The backyard is large and had a nice deck with patio furniture, a gas grill and a hot tub. The home was extremely clean! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only cons: my wife had an interview the morning after we arrived. The hairdryer only blew cold air as the switch was broken and I had to go to HEB and buy a new one for 30\. The furniture has been heavily used (sofa) and not comfortable unless you put a pillow behind you for support and the hot tub felt rough on the bottom (aged) with worn out buttons that we had to ask for help in how to increase the heat. The master bed had a very thick foam mattress that made it very hot and felt like you sunk into a hole and couldn’t get out. We remedied this by removing the mattress topper, which helped. I would have rated this place 5 stars if those things had not been an issue.I have to say that the owner was super kind and allowed us to extend our stay and even gave us adiscount for rebooking with her. ##### Jaci C. After seeing the ad we had to jump on it and we were not disappointed! Apart from the complete privacy you get on the property, it's large and full of beautiful views all the way around the property! They obviously keep the property super clean and the AC was cranked full blast which was perfect for this Texas heat. Honestly, this was the nicest property we've ever stayed at. Used the fire pit and that was nice too. The king bed was comfortable and we both slept good. The couch in living room was small. If two couples were there wouldn’t be enough seating. Hot tub worked great. Kitchen had plenty of items to cook full dinner with. Only slight issues we had were the grill was out of propane, and the 2nd bottle was ancient and cracked so we had to go buy another one. Not a big deal since we can use it at home as well. And the "road" up to home was crazy washed out, but can't blame homeowners for that. ##### AnJela K. Check in and out was very easy. The house was about 8-10 minutes from Wimberley’s little shopping area, Jacob’s Well and Old Baldy Park. It wasn’t very crowded the weekend we went so keep traffic in mind if it’s busier. The road to the house was very bumpy so go slow! The house, towels and bed linens were all very clean and the area was quiet. Both beds were comfortable too! We loved the giant island in the kitchen! It was great for cooking. I will say the coffee maker could use an upgrade. The buttons were hard to push and when had to play with it for a while to get it to work both morning. I missed my k-cups but that’s a millennial for you. Plenty of coffee places in town though or bring your own single serve machine. Overall this was the perfect house for a little get away! ##### Stevie A.
