Enjoy Wimberley and the Hill Country's offerings of wine and spirit tasting rooms, breweries, unique boutiques, art galleries, Cypress Falls, Blue Hole plus much more from this fully outfitted private studio, with a covered outdoor space and a relaxing area covered by Oak trees. Home has RIVER ACCESS to the Blanco River just a short 5 min walk. Newly renovated studio with luxury queen mattress and linens. Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, and coffee. Dining for 2 inside and out. Twin sleeper sofa. Large courtyard with BBQ, table seating and lounge chairs around fire pit. TV with Roku. Keyless code entry. We live in town and can be available through in-app messaging. This home is located in a neighborhood of mixed homes, we have Airbnb's, a boutique hotel, family homes, and older family vacation trailers on properties. It is a little funky like most of Wimberley. Some neighbors have parties, music events and BBQ's outside during the summer so sometimes you will hear music and laughter. Nothing crazy but it’s a lived in neighborhood. Walking, biking and driving are the main modes of transport in Wimberley. Ride share services and wine tour buses can be arranged ahead of time. Inquire for details! Parking is only an issue directly in the square. You can try parking at Ozona Bank or the lot directly below it, adjacent to the creek or the new parking lot on Oak Drive.
