Not clean: Dust on furniture, floors dirty/tacky in a few areas, dog hair (we don’t have pets), outside stone work could use power wash. General maintenance:Broken blind in master bedroom, knob hole upstairs and repaired but not repainted in master bathroom, master bath partially replaced towel hooks, couch coming apart at cushions, refrigerator shelves broken, trash can drawer doesn’t operate properly, back patio double door doesn’t latch properly, wood could use cleaning and restaining, hot tub filter cover doesn’t secure in place. Several wasps in the home and wasp nest in living room ceiling. Outdated internet service and poor Wi-Fi coverage. Could use upgraded service and Wi-Fi extenders particularly with stone and stucco walls. Great place for adventurous kids, hiking and exploring! I will say the house showed its age a little bit in some areas and the layout was different than expected (master on one side and the other three bedrooms on the other side of the house, all connected in some sort of way) we really enjoyed it!!!
