Just five minutes from downtown Wimberley and walking distance to Market Days, this warm and welcoming 1,700 sq. ft. home is ideal for families, couples, and small groups looking to relax, reconnect, and experience authentic Hill Country living. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes another king bed, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed — perfect for families or additional guests. A twin trundle bed is located in the laundry room, thoughtfully separated by curtains for privacy and convenience, providing flexible sleeping space for kids or single guests. A separate nursery room is equipped with a crib and high chair, creating a peaceful and practical space for little ones. All bedrooms feature room-darkening shades for a comfortable night’s rest. The town of WImberly is a hidden treasure and this house is minutes away. It had everything that we needed to cook and the beds were very comfortable. Even in the Texas heat of 110 degrees, we stayed nice and cool. The hot tub was nice for relaxing at night. We enjoyed tubing at Horseshoe Bend in the refreshing cool water, which was only a short drive away. New Braunsfels is about 30 minutes away and offers fabulous restaurants and shopping. San Marcos is about 30 minutes away and offered great shopping at the outlets. It was always nice to get back to our house and relax. I would stay here again. ##### Steve C. The location was great! Loved the fire pit outside. Definitely enjoyed the deer and guinea's that hung around. The issue I did have was that the bedroom/laundry room smelled badly of mold because of the washing machine. I did call and talk to someone about this and was told it was the well water. Once we purchased cleaner ourselves and cleaned it 3 times the smell was tolerable. But we could not use the room. It was definitely inconvenient. The bathroom rugs and shower curtain in the master bedroom definitely needed to be washed. And the whole house could have used a good mopping. Other than this I would recommend this house. The house was very clean and tidy and extremely cozy. The proximity to downtown Wimberly was a great bonus. We took day trips each day to Canyon Lake, Fredericksburg, and Gruene all within an hour drive...a beautiful drive! Wimberly is lovely and the people were even lovelier. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived and was perfect for our stay as our daughter was getting married in a nearby town. We had older guests, so one attraction was that there were two walk-in showers. We also liked the fact that there was no carpet and that the property doesn't allow smoking or pets.
