Immaculately appointed with floor to ceiling windows, native plant landscaping, and regional contemporary design features, this one bedroom one and a half bath stunner offers 8.5 acres of bucolic charm with the luxury of a city dwelling. Walk inside to an open floor plan and take in the entire home with one dramatic view. Concrete floors, a sleek and simple kitchen and refined dining and living area adorn the first floor of this unique property. Shift your eyes upward and see the entire second level loft devoted to the bedroom. This sexy sleeping area has hardwood floors, a king size bed with luxury linens, and a unique glass and slate spa inspired shower big enough for two. A privacy curtain can be extended the length of the room for maximum seclusion. The outdoor area is a wonder in landscaping and symmetry. For the grill master, two barbeque grills are provided -one charcoal and one propane. For relaxing, a peaceful walking trail runs the length of the property and a brand-new hot tub is available for an after dinner soak. Always trying to stay in unique and amazing homes that are designed for just two people. This property is fantastic. The property is nice and quiet. Set back off the road and then down a nice private driveway to the home if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is it. The layout of the backyard is perfect for the property. along with a nice walking trail that takes you through the property. the option of the two grills, one being propane, the other being charcoal was a great idea. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you would need to cook a meal while on vacation. Also the option of two coffee makers was nice. And an icemaker that made plenty of ice. If you love the area between dripping Springs and Wimberley, you can’t go wrong staying here. Just a wonderful place to spend the weekend ##### Stephen S. We so enjoyed the comfy furnishings and the hot tub under the stars. There was absolute privacy in this location which helped us unwind and disconnect from the outside world. We had a couple lovely meals in Wimberley and found the perfect Christmas presents for family in the quaint shops. Would stay here again in a Heartbeat! There is nothing about this property that is not first class and perfect. The pictures on the VRBO web page represent the home perfectly. There are plenty of rentals in the area.
