Additional fees may apply if glass is found in these areas. \- The pool is professionally cleaned once a week and regularly skimmed. Please note that it is located beneath trees that frequently shed debris. We do our best to keep the pool as clear as possible. \- For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Fire and Safety Precautions: \- There is a trail surrounding the property. The trail has uneven rocks and may occasionally have snakes. It is not maintained for safety like a formal path, so please proceed at your own risk. \- Lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask that you refrain from using candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. \- Smoking is NOT allowed. \- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. \- Fireworks are not allowed. \- There is a fire pit on site.
