Conveniently located 1.5 miles from Wimberley Square, the Nest offers a cozy queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, living area, and plenty of outdoor space, including Cypress Creek access! If traveling in a group, make sure to check out the other Creekside Cabins located on the same property. The adorable mossy green exterior of the home is a nice contrast from the beautifully stained wood interior. The decor of the home is understated neutrals, with touches of blue for an upscale, modern feel. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs. Whether storing snacks or preparing a feast, you are sure to find everything you will need. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast table, or on a pleasant evening, step outside and dine at one of the three different seating areas. The comfortable bed and luxurious linens are sure to provide a good night's sleep. Similarly, the bathroom provides luxurious towels and calming neutral tones that will have you feeling restful in the evening and refreshed in the morning. As the day begins, pull back the drapes to let the natural light in and enjoy your coffee in bed. The cabin interior is charming and clean, though a bit cluttered with ornaments. It could use more power outlets, especially USB ports—there's only one available. The lighting is quite dim, and overall, the space feels dated and in need of some modern updates, not in style but to make it more comfortable.The outdoor area is clearly neglected. While there is a terrace with a table and chairs, it was unusable due to a thick layer of dust and dirt that appeared to have accumulated over months. Communication with management was poor—they didn’t respond to my questions and sent the rental agreement twice for signature. The outdoor space would benefit from some real plants instead of artificial ones. On a positive note, the location is excellent—just 7 minutes from downtown Wimberley.
