We had to small kids and grandparents with us. A few notes: --The condo is listed as a three-bedroom, but in reality it's a 2-bedroom with den space that's been converted into a bedroom. (confirmed by its Sotheby's listing). The bunkbed does not have safety rails and it was terribly hard to climb (even for a nimble 8-yr old). The bottom bunk has very little clearance, though our five-year old liked the cave-like feeling:) --This room is also exposed to the living space unless the door is completely shut; however it doesn't really get airflow so that isn't an option. Just a note for those who have early risers in their family. --Kitchen is well-appointed, but could use a non-stick pan or two to keep cleaning easier We had the sheer joy of having a moose hang out in the backyard for an hour, munching away on the leaves. It has been completely remodeled and was plenty of room for our 2 familys. It was a in a central location for hiking and sight seeing and was in a beautiful neighborhood where we saw moose and other wildlife.
