This cute little red house had everything we needed for our stay. It was super clean, comfortable, and had extra amenities like a charcoal grill, patio table/chairs, firepit, and washer/dryer. The binder in the living room with house rules and information was also helpful. The property is in a quiet location but close to restaurants and attractions. Communication with Frank was great: we received detailed check-in instructions three days prior to our visit and he also emailed and called about other questions I had. Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Little special touches and fun around every corner. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of room for our stuff. The bathroom floor was awesome. Great job. Thank you so much for the special yummy wine. My only complaint was we couldnt stay longer and enjoy the outdoor activities and fire pit. I hope we cleaned up ok. We were exhausted from the wedding fun. Thank you again. ##### robert h.
