We chose to pay more than a hotel to have the ability to do laundry. Washer and Dryer were listed as amenities - the washer was broken. It was unplugged as we arrived, which suggest Housekeeping knew of the issue and falsely advertised this as an amenity. 2 windows had stripped cranks and did not work. The guest bedroom window has a broken screen, so bugs were getting in when that window was open - leaving 3/5 of the windows inoperational. The hot water is non-existent. We had to soap up dry, turn the water to full hot, and even then, only got 1 1/2 minutes of hot water. The next person had to wait over an hour to get hot water briefly again. The downstairs sink fills up before you can even finish washing your hands. The downstairs outer bathroom door is warped and difficult to close. The inner bathroom door has wood rot and brown goo coming off it. The kitchen appliances appear to be modernized, but there is no ice maker. Ice cube trays were provided, but no container to put ice in to make enough for one use. The oven light is broken, so you cannot see if your food is ready. We tried the under-the-microwave-light to assist, but it does not work either. Basic supplies such as salt and aluminum foil were not provided. The coffee maker did not work, and the trash can had a digital sensor that was non-operational to be able to use. Parking was also an issue. Save your sanity and choose elsewhere. ##### Henry R. My family traveled for the first time to WY and this was a great place to stay. 10 min drive to Grand Teton National Park, 15 mins to Jackson, 30 min to Jackson Hole airport, 90 min to Yellowstone. Living room TV is small. Firewood was not provided so we didn’t use the fireplace. Checkin and checkout were easy. Needed a car to get around. We had a comfortable stay. ##### Kevin J. We are active and very much enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed watching moose and a red fox right from the deck. Unit needs a few upgrades , but we would stay here again. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful mountains. ##### dan b. Séjour de 5 nuits en septembre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Brian D. 28 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### COMFORTABLE CONDO Overall, the condo was clean, well-appointed and conveniently located about 20 minutes from town. We enjoyed watching the birds nest in the Aspens right next to our balcony. We saw Elk behind another of the units and a Fox near our condo. Trout swam down the creek which you can see in the listing photos. We were well-stocked with TP, PT, coffee, creamers and other amenities. The only things we could have used were aluminun foil and/or cellophane. No biggie as everything else was perfect! We had an issue connecting to the Internet and the management team sent over a rep to troubleshoot and get us back online that same day. Well done! The Jackson Hole area offers so much to do...hiking, biking, white water rafting, wildlife tours and so much more. Sandwiched around a wedding, we hiked a few times, rode horses near Teton Village, went to Bear World in Rexburg, ID, visited Yellowstone to see Old Faithful and the Grand Prismatic and took a 4-hour wildlife tour of Grand Teton National Park. On that tour, we saw the world's most famous Bear (399) and her cub, a Moose wading in a pond, Pronghorns, a Fox, Mule Deer, Grouse and more. Wonderful vacation and made even better by having a comfortable condo to relax in after the day's activities ended. Brian and Christine. ##### Brian D. It was nice having two bathrooms. We are out the door before sunrise and the two bathrooms sped up our departure. Washer and dryer really helped not having to overpack. ##### Constance F. Close to Jackson Hole. Easy parking. Did all the groceries at Alberton's in town and had great dinners in well stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms with teenager is always a plus. VERY QUIET. Clean. It was convenient to what we wanted to do on the trip to Jackson and the Grand Tetons. The condo was VERY clean with some upgraded products for our use.
