"We came for a wedding and opted for this property over the proposed hotel stay at wedding rate. Great decision! The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were so nice and stocked with all you need. The outside deck in the mornings where we listened to birds and had coffe was great. The owner is an excellent communicator... Would stay here again. Recommend to others. "

"We loved staying at this cozy home in Galax. Communication was quick and consistent from the start. The house and property was immaculate. The home was just as described but even better in person. Amazing views from every part of the home. The wrap around porch was the perfect way to start our morning with coffee and a sunrise and end with a sunset. The hot tub was an added bonus! "This was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding that was in State Road at Whispering Ridge Farm! The owner’s were amazing when we had an issue with the oven. Very responsive and super helpful. The real wood-burning fireplace was an added bonus! Very relaxing decks with magnificent views! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect set-up for us - proximity, layout, super comfortable beds, minimal steps, super quiet, and wildlife galore. Every morning the deer would come down out of the woods and nibble on grass, check out the pears/apples that had fallen , and run around in the morning sun. Great communication and quick responses from Molly. Loved our stay immensely. and play in the morning"

"Stayed here for a few days with family. Lots of space for everyone and a large kitchen with everything you need for prepping meals. Kids enjoyed the creek amd lots of space to run outside. Only issue was quite a bit of leaky plumbing, but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Landlord was also extremely attentive with any issues. Would definately recommend kt."

"Great location. Nice to hear Big Wilson Creek in the evening. Enjoyed seeing some good sized trout in the stream, but left my flyrod at home. Lucky fish. Saw several species of birds and heard more. We love blueberry picking in nearby Grayson Highlands State Park. We worked hard for our berries, but they are worlds better tasting than domestic berries and fun to pick.
