« The unit we were given did not match the unit we reserved online. Different pictures, different layout, different address. The accommodations were okay except the person staying in the ground floor bedroom had to go up two flights of stairs in order to take a shower. Check in was also confusing because I received a text with a different address than the one we were given in the VRBO app plus a different contact number than was provided in the app, so we thought it was spam. »
