When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...

"Im Allgemeinen kann ich nur sagen, dass dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen ist! Als ich dort ankam, wurde mir ein Zimmer zugeteilt, welches nicht meiner Buchung entsprach. Darauf angesprochen, wollte man mir weis machen, dass ich überhaupt nicht das Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht hätte, auf Grund des "geringen" gezahlten Preises. "I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."
