The back yard was locked by the wooden gate, which was a bit disappointing. To be fair, I never bothered to ask La’Tonia about accessing the yard. I ended up leaving within ten minutes of arriving to the home and booking a hotel. Host refused to refund me when I could not respond promptly to her messages due to a religious holiday that prohibits the use of phones. We reached out both VRBO and the host, both who refused to help us at all. Terrible experience all around. ##### Rachael M.
