Everything located within one block walking distance. You will be relaxing in a one bedroom apartment with full amenities that include wireless Internet , all linens , full kitchen and separate living room. Enjoy breath taking views from your balcony that over looks the Cape Fear river. You will receive parking pass to a secure parking garage for FREE parking for one vehicle \-Secure building, elevator \-Washer/Dryer in unit \-All linens provided \~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, small bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay. \~The whole place is yours! \~1 Parking spot is provided off-site in a secure parking garage 1.5 blocks away. additional parking may be purchased for $15.00 per day. \~We are located on the coast and adverse weather is sometimes a factor, Please understand we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions we will give you a credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is from June 1st thru November 30 please make a note of this when booking. \~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, small bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). The only complaint which isnt about the room itself but we did not get any sleep because the night life and cars revving their engines all hours of the night. It was extremely loud and hard to sleep. It was easy to unload and get the parking pass and park. Apartment clean and equipped just right. Enjoyed walking around downtown with awesome nearby fine dining, dessert at Kilwins, sunset in the room and then a comedy show at Dead Crow. It was just right. My only suggestion on improvement is to upgrade the TVs. I was thankful to have brought my own hulu stick because there was a race on Peacock, and neither TV was smart. Couldn't change the volume in the bedroom and Spectrum's universal remotes are difficult. Understandably, vacationers should be enjoying the downtown vibes or the porch & its view. ##### Natalie A. I wish we had been given all the details up front, we were worried if everything was set correctly for weeks. Please send your customers an email confirming all is as it should be including location information. You should also ask them earlier if you want copies of their driver’s license and not wait until they are on the road in the middle of a 6 hour drive the morning of check in. Parking was a few streets away, no problem since my husband was with me. Not sure it would be safe for a single woman. The condo was simply but nicely furnished. The only issues we had wax with the television that wax not working properly and the cofee Keurig did not work. Great river location and nice patio to watch sunset.
