Enjoy an enviable location in the heart of downtown, within easy walking distance from the shops along the historic Riverwalk, local restaurants, and nightlife, as well as the convention center. Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen.The beautifully styled living area offers the ultimate space to unwind with your favorite TV shows. \-Secure building, elevator \-Washer/Dryer in unit \-All linens provided \~The whole place is yours! Walkable to all downtown, restaurants, bars, shopping ,sightseeing \~We are located on the coast, and adverse weather is sometimes a factor. Please understand that we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions. We will give you credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is from June 1st through November 30\. Please make a note of this when booking. \~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, small bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). If a pullout sofa is needed, please notify us 24 hours before arrival so housekeeping can leave the sheets and blankets.. \~ The guest booking this condo MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises NO 3rd party bookings permitted. \~ Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking. \~ Additional fees of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival. \~ This property is NOT available for parties or social gatherings of any sort and only intended to be used by its registered guest ONLY. \~ QUIET times are observed between 9 pm - 8 am \~ This is a NON-smoking condo. We have stayed at these condos multiple times and absolutely love the location and the views of the river. For a price similar to the nicer hotels in the area you get a kitchenette and more room. This condo was in a great location for getting to the bars and restaurants. The view from the condo was great. The only negatives we experienced was the description said a walker blow dryer was provided but it was not. Rather inconvenient to have to go purchase one. The balcony area was perfect but the provided sitting was uncomfortable. The host was very clear with check in /out procedures and the automated board was a nice touch!
