Or just chill back in your private Oasis, with 4 TVs, Fiber Internet, a chill back patio with patio heater, and a second story lookout to look over it all. A mix of Modern and Vintage international decor, with full amenities, and airy social areas, this spot is great for groups up to 6 people. Two off-street parking spaces included. You're in the hot spot. Located in Wilmington, next to the Cargo District, Barzarre and close to downtown's Front Street. one block in any direction, you'll find shops, bars, food trucks, an arcade, and restaurants. Enjoy what this 3-bedroom, 2-bath house has to offer. Outdoor space and walking distance to food and music. Named Mo after a previous owner this 100 yr old house is 2 story with a full kitchen downstairs and a mini kitchen upstairs. Each bedroom has its own TV and fully locking keyed doors. There is a small spiral staircase inside but a full staricase outside for larger items. please note due to its proximity to outside venues this is NOT always a quiet house, as bars in the surrounding areas sometimes have outdoor live music.
