In a very quiet, safe neighborhood, this home is the perfect destination for being centrally located in Wilmington with the luxury of peace and quiet. \-1 King Bed, 3 Queen Beds, 1 Queen sleeper sofa \-2 Bathrooms with double vanities \-55" TV \-High speed Wi-Fi \-Large driveway w/free on-site parking \-12min to Wrightsville Beach \-12min to Historic Downtown \-10min to Mayfair Town Center shopping \-3min to Wilmington Municipal Golf Course INTERIOR Upon entry, you are met with the coastal inspired living room meant for relaxing, enjoying the company of friends and family, and providing extra room with a Queen sleeper sofa if needed! This room is the epitome of stress-free as the light colors and decor encourage you to take a deep breath and take a seat! Just off the living room is a small hallway with two bedrooms with Queen size beds and a shared hallway bathroom. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers and the bathroom has a large double vanity and tub/shower combo. Continuing through to the dining room and kitchen, you are met with a large open space for gathering and entertaining! The fully-stocked kitchen is ready for preparing your next home-cooked meal and with seating for 9, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy it together. Just off the kitchen is a large hallway with laundry room, hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a King size bed, and the bedroom at the rear of the home has a Queen size bed. The interior of this home has space for everyone! EXTERIOR A patio just off the kitchen with chairs provides a shady space for relaxing. This home is new construction and in a quiet, residential neighborhood nearby to central Wilmington. Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a unique door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door. Parking- You will be able to park 4-5 cars at the home. Parking is in the driveway directly in front of the home. The very end of the driveway provides access to next door homes and is a small, shared section, but the driveway parking spaces are individual to the home and are only accessed by guests. Send a message if you need anything during your stay! With quick response time and being local to the area, we are here to make your stay seamless and enjoyable! The house sits at the end of a quiet neighborhood road with no outlet. This minimizes the amount of car traffic to only those that live nearby. Neighbors love to take walks in the neighborhood and kids love to ride bikes. Feel free to enjoy this as well! We ask that you do keep this in mind and drive safely on the roads. A car is recommended to explore all that Wilmington has to offer. Many local restaurants, shops, beaches, and more can be found just a short drive from the home. We have several recommendations to provide upon request! We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own.
