Beach erosion is in progress (it comes and goes); however, beach is likely accessible in front of the condo via a trail on the landside of the rocks or via our neighboring Periwinkle or Clam Shell public beach access points or Freeman Park (North of Carolina Beach Pier - 2 blocks North of condo). For 2022: New coffee table, end tables, and nightstands. For 2021: New queen and twin (2) mattresses and box springs. For 2020: New vinyl plank flooring throughout and fresh paint. For 2017: New central A/C, new kitchen appliances, new sleeper sofa, new full size washer and dryer & remodeled bathrooms\*\* Welcome to my HOME away from home! This spacious two bedroom two bath condo features windows on the side that let in AWESOME PANORAMIC OCEAN & PIER views along with NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional $150 fee) and RELAXATION is required! The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and private balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. The second full bathroom includes a washer and dryer for laundry. The full kitchen includes a bar that seats four with an adjacent dining table that seats four. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for six and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with an optional 2 person swing and a double sliding, three panel glass door! The balconies are a GREAT place to people watch whether on the beach or pier. Condo has 3 - 40” SMART HDTVs with cable. The living room cable is accessible through a traditional box and cable is accessible through the Roku - Spectrum app in each bedroom. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. Parking includes 2 spots. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. I also recommend bringing your own pillows. Enjoy the sunrise. Relax on the two porches. Enjoy sun and sand. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season (April 1st through September 30th) dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm. My condo comes with access to two pools; one located directly across the street behind the aqua Sun Skipper and the other behind the yellow Sun Skipper. The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than two blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub! Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND. Living room was big, just wished it had another sofa in there instead of chairs but it was nice. Kitchen area was large and easy to move around in. Balcony was awesome with porch swing was great. The property was very clean and as advertised. We had no trouble with check in or any instructions & communication with the property manager was prompt & helpful. We would absolutely like to stay here again. The view was phenomenal & the facilities were exactly what we were looking for. Just a note that you may want to purchase your own drinking water if you are sensitive to the "sulphur smell" that comes with the water treatment near the beach. ##### Sharon A. This was our second year in a row renting this condo and it did not disappoint! The views are amazing, the convenience is outstanding, and it had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We spent hours on the porch swing, which is what sold us on this condo! There was plenty of space for our family of four with two teenagers, and we had everything we needed to cook a full meal every night. The location is perfect for an ocean front stay at Carolina beach. Everything was spotless and so clean! Tim was super quick to reply to my messages! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all my meals including plates forks cooking utensils and a good selection of knives and they even provided dish soap paper towels and hand soap. Next the cons...building is dated could use some sprucing up but condo itself updated comfortable and clean with normal saltwater esthetic issues..the water/sulfur smell was unlike anything I've ever experienced...very overwhelming and uncomfortable i didn't even want to turn water on for any reason. Parking underneath extremely tight...small cars and really small suv only no regular or large suv getting unscathed in the underneath Parking... Overall i enjoyed the stay... ##### Stacy H. The living room is large for a condo, and it felt spacious. The front porch is awesome. Cons: The tap water had a very sulfuric smell - we had to buy drinking water. We would have appreciated more than one coffee mug. The checking out instructions (remake the beds, empty the dishwasher and put everything away) are more extensive than usual. Also, we missed the note about providing your own linens when booking, but the host was able to loan us some of those pesky twin sheets. For the price, it’s a great spot. ##### Jennifer S. We have beautiful pictures from the balcony. My daughters loved they had a balcony off their room (the one with twin beds). They also loved they had access to a bathroom without leaving their room. There was PLENTY of room for our family of four, which included two teenage daughters, and our two dogs. This is the first place I’ve stayed where I had to bring my own linens; however, it worked out perfectly with no issues. We love the north end since dogs can go on the beach at any time beyond the pier. The host is PHENOMENAL! He is very responsive, quick to get back with you, friendly, and very accommodating. This is a trip we take every year as a family, and we WILL stay in another rental of this host simply because of his hospitality, accommodations, and friendliness. Aug 12, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great beach front property, super responsive host! I really enjoyed my stay here despite a tropical storm! The host is really quick to respond to messages, and it was really clean. The AC worked great, and the bedrooms were nice and cool. The water pressure in the shower is something I also always appreciate it. The walls were sturdy and thick and even though its a condo you cant hear your neighbors. I am only giving this a personal 4/5 stars because I learned some things about my own personal restrictions after staying here. I am currently pregnant and the 3 flights of stairs, with multiple children, was difficult. There also wasn't an on site hose, so to wash off any beach items or feet you have to walk across the street. Another limitation I didnt think would be that important to me is the supply of sheets- make sure you bring your own sheets and towels-- not having those provided when you are traveling with multiple kids just adds to the laundry and the car storage so I would def look for those to be provided in the future. The kitchen was stocked with many amenities but there wasn't a sautée pan. The value of a sautée pan was increased by having to cook more than desired due to the storm. ##### Catharine M.
