Place was clean and shower was stocked with towels and hair/body wash products. Water pressure was good. The location is very close to downtown proper. Very short 5ish min walk to the riverwalk. It’s also a super short walk to Banter & Hidden Grounds coffee, which is nice for 1) quick nightcap 2) early morning coffee grab before lines. Speaking of walking around, I never felt unsafe walking back to the rental at 12-1 AM. Host was very communicative and attentive. There was an ac issue which was reported to us quickly, and a solution created just as fast. ##### Hunter L.
