Welcome to 'Soundside at The Waterway Lodge', our newly renovated 1-bedroom condo, perfectly nestled near the beach, shopping and tons of Wilmington's favorite restaurants.  
  
With a simple yet convenient and comfortable set-up- our home has a plush King-size bed, butcher block countertops, a renovated bathroom and an additional pull out couch if needed!  
  
Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this condo promises a delightful retreat in a prime location, where comfort, convenience, and coastal charm converge for an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to host you!
