Immaculately clean, stunning and luxurious four bedroom house on the beach with oceanfront hot tub! As of September 2019, this home has gotten a complete kitchen remodel including granite countertops and all new bathroom vanities with granite, new lighting, new linens and new decor. We're also one of the few properties that offers over the top amenities like a beach front Nordic hot tub, and we're pet friendly as well! We strive to think of every single detail that might make your stay better, and that starts with FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING. Even through the high season. You choose when you want to arrive, and you choose when you'd like to leave. Year-round, you can choose the length of your stay based on YOUR needs, not ours. About our location: while being just a few short steps to the beach, we are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, pier, yoga, ice cream, smoothies, surf shops and so much more. Leave your car at home and walk down the beach to some great restaurants, and ask me about the eateries you can bring your dog! Escape the worries of your every day life and take a deep dive into the wonders of island time. We own both sides of this extraordinary property, which is wonderful for large groups. There are hotel-style secure doors on each side in the living room, which when opened up allows for great access between both properties if you rent both sides! If only one side is rented you can feel completely secure in the knowledge that these are secure exterior doors which can't be opened unless both sides are unlocked. We have thought of every detail to make your stay carefree, from the moment you first arrive. We have covered parking for one vehicle, additional parking in the driveway, and we are right next to public parking, which is wonderful for larger groups. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including beach towels, bath towels, luxury LINENS, a fully stocked kitchen, exquisite décor, and the the soothing sounds of the ocean. No extra fees for sheets and towels, and in fact, we encourage to use and enjoy everything in the home as if it were your own. Step out on any of our three decks and enjoy views of the ocean, or stroll out onto the beach from your private beach access! Enjoy coffee on the deck and take in the sunrise while watching the dolphins play in the surf. Our decks are immaculately maintained for your security and comfort. The top and middle decks are enclosed and private - no one from the beach can wander up to these levels. The lowest level has private direct beach access. This is the seamless balance of convenience and security, and our guests love it! Our brand new Nordic hot tub is on the lower level, right next to our enclosed outdoor shower. Four bedrooms, two of which are ocean front, give you plenty of space to rest and relax. The master suite is on the main living area on the top floor, and offers a king bed with fewer trips up and down the stairs. The bottom floor has three bedrooms, two of which are ocean front, one queen and one king master suite. The kids room, which boasts two sets of bunk beds, is thoroughly enjoyed by the young, and the young at heart. We also have two luxury cots that can be used as well. And I promise they're actually very comfortable! Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play conveniently stored in the master bedroom closet, and a high chair tucked away in the upstairs king bedroom closet for your convenience. The living area provides stunning front row views of nature at its finest! Plenty of seating on both decks for lounging, eating or enjoying the view. If you need a break from mother nature, we have a fully stocked activity closet with games, books and puzzles, and dozens of DVDs suitable for all ages. Or you can take a quick walk into town and enjoy the finest dining, shopping and nightlife on the island! We offer a well-loved and unique "pay-it-forward" kitchen policy. We love it when our guests leave behind fresh food items, both in the refrigerator and the pantry. We find our guests enjoy a lot of "bonus" food items that provide a great supplement to what you'd normally stock. Our guests love it and it works very well. And you will love our kitchen! Luxuriously appointed with everything you need, including all appliances large and small, a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils to entertain your loved ones. Also included is a world-class view - enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach while you're fixing! Everything you need to get started on a relaxing note is already provided for you, so we've stocked it with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, as well as two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. Dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and even laundry detergent for our washer and dryer, in case you need to run a quick load of laundry are also available for your convenience. We have a large flat screen TV in the main living area with Roku, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the home. All four bedrooms have Roku as well, just in case you can't miss your show! We love our dogs! And we are very pet friendly - just let me know. In fact, you can even bring your well behaved dog to a great restaurant that's within walking distance from our house! Our only requirement is that for the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, we do not allow dogs on beds at any time. Pet hair is difficult to remove from linens, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay. A charcoal grill is provided, and every deck (all three!) is fully furnished. And speaking of decks, our guests are welcome to use our brand new Nordic hot tub for your private use. We also provide three boogie boards, 12 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella for your use on the beach, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. The most important thing to us is your happiness during your stay. We take great pride and pleasure in making sure you have everything you need to have a great vacation, and we do everything we can to ensure you have the best vacation possible! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space or to gather together in the large den/kitchen/dinette area on the top floor. Great ocean views from both balconies perfect for watching sunrise and sunsets! Fully furnished kitchen, lots of great beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, & family games/movies - this place has it all. Our checkin/out was super easy and we had great communication with the house manager throughout the week anytime we had a question. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Karen C. 22 juin 2025 #### Challenging The photos are gorgeous and lots of positive reviews (which I did not read carefully I admit) prompted me to go ahead and book despite what I considered a very hefty price tag. This house has the atmosphere of a shabby beachfront home that a friend might let you use for free. There is leftover food in the pantry and refrigerator, broken beach toys and busted up tents/umbrellas all over the back porch, a hot tub with a torn up mildewed cover, and burned out lightbulbs- but hey it’s “homey”However….. When you pay thousands of dollars you expect a premium, well maintained space. The outdoor shower was spewing an errant stream that prevented the shower head from working, the hot tub was pretty gross with a beaten up cover that smelled, and murky water. There were 2 towels per bathroom? Lots of beach towels in a basket downstairs which we used for inside and outside.There were burned out lights over the stairs making it hazardous. We had no hot water for two nights! Nothing like a cold shower…. They finally replaced the broken hot water heater after several texts back and forth. I asked twice but got no answer whatsoever when I inquired about a partial refund for the lack of hot water. I would not go near this place again! The house was the perfect size, right on the beach so the location was excellent. The whole house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen has absolutely everything you can think of that you would need. We enjoyed the deck, the view and comfort we found there. The house has beach chairs and towels which was handy as we didn't want to pack those items. We had a couple of questions while we were there and had to text the house manager but she got right back to us - super responsive! Highly recommend this house, we'd stay there again in a hearbeat! ##### Jennifer G. It was very clean and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. A few highlights…Beds were very comfortable, lots of seating, and wonderful views! Took off one star because of the malfunctioning dishwasher and the ant problem. House manager Christine was awesome. She answered all texts quickly and professionally and listened to my concerns about the dishwasher and the ants we noticed right away in a couple kitchen drawers. She offered to send pest control but we declined due to the age of our little grandchildren. We sprayed with the supplied ant spray and it got better. It was easy to get in and out, and even though there was public access right next door, we had no issues. There were a few areas that were showing some wear and tear, but overall it was still decent for our group. I think this is probably the case for all houses on the beach. The house was nicely appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view, ocean front, walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops and a short drive to grocery shopping, Walmart and area attractions. Heads up for larger groups that area restaurants do not seem to take reservations and the waiting times can be long. ##### Lynn K. It was everything we hoped for. The lower level had beach towels, hooks, and little bags for shell collecting (which was a nice touch). We didn't use the spa or outdoor shower, but having the hose on the patio to rinse your feet after beach time was great. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the house had some supplies like laundry soap and tp that meant we didn't have to rush to the store right away. The rental has a pay-it-forward motto, so we left food behind for the next guests. The closet in the kitchen had games and a small library (with some fun reading). And the view was amazing! Karen was very nice to work with through the entire process. The only "4" rating was because the coded lock on the door had issues and we didn't get a key delivered to us. But, with a little oil, we were able to coax it into locking. No big deal at all. Oh, and the carport can hold 2 vehicles end-to-end, which worked out for our group. And did we mention the view!!!! The great-grandparents in the group appreciated being able to be "with" us on the beach since there are 2 decks that hang right over the sand! You truly provided all the comforts of home. We did buy a full length mirror which Walmart happened to have in the back (even discounted it to $4.00). We left it for you to put up for our next visit lol The layout was perfect for our big family. With all the balconies, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it made it perfect for us all. The location was in good proximity to the restaurants and the pier. The best were the views and the easy access to the beach. We all had a great time boogie boarding, jumping the waves, playing in the sand, collecting so many great shells and sharks teeth and sunbathing and our grandsons fishing off the pier late at night. Having the warm outside shower and hot tub were great too! Lastly, the onsite manager, Christine was very wonderful and easy to reach by text and call to answer all my questions. Thank you again for a great vacation that none of us will ever forget :) We all are already missing the view and the sound of the ocean. ##### Debbie M. We absolutely LOVED this rental and will definitely be returning. The property was everything it promised to be and it is literally located right on the beach. We loved the decor and the amenities. We just came to Top Sail for a two-night visit with our son before his deployment so it was great to have the convenience of this rental unit's policy to leave items you don't use. We appreciated that convenience and left a few things behind for the next tenant. The property is new, clean and very cozy. The rental manager was wonderful to work with, as well. She texted us the morning of our check-in so we could reach out at any time with questions. We really loved our stay here and plan to rent this unit again in the near future. This was my children's first beach vacation and I couldn't have imagined a better trip (other than the weather which is out of the control of us mere humans)! Even though it was quite windy the whole time and rained one day, we managed to play in the ocean, hunt for seashells and shark teeth, dig in the sand (my son's favorite part), enjoy the hot tub, and soak in the ocean views. It was lovely having beach towels and toys provided for us! The house is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family & friends.
