I lived in Wilmington for 12 years and I miss it so much. My husband and I take a trip whenever we can and this time we went down to celebrate our anniversary. This place was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of historic downtown, we were able to walk around and enjoy the city. The little balcony was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. The host was extremely attentive and responded immediately whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again. ##### Christina P. The house was clean and charming. We enjoyed the easy walking distance to the downtown waterfront, where all of our activities were. The only suggestion would be to update the air conditioning units.
