The wifi instructions given in vrbo were wrong, but a sign in the apartment was correct. Natalie gave me very detailed information by phone covering finding the location, parking and house rules. Although it is an historic property it has been nicely updated and appointed. It sits on the back side of the house with a side porch so was quiet. Short walk through beautiful historic homes to downtown Wilmington and the River Walk. A good amount of room with all necessary amenities. Super communication with the property manager. One small warning. Where I parked under the trees in the back was full of birds. I had to wash my car both days because they targeted me quite thoroughly.
