Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in backyard and inviting front porch. This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Pets are welcome! There is a washer and dryer onsite and sheets and towels are provided. Exactly like the pictures and as described. The appliances were all great especially the washer /dryer. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Very clean. Easy parking right in the front. Overall quiet location. Host was extremely responsive and kind. I like that there was not a long list of “no’s” posted all over like some rentals. Made our week long stay feel like home. ##### S. M. Unfortunately our concert was cancelled but we decided to go to Wilmington anyway to get away for the weekend. The house is clean and totally modern and within walking distance of great restaurants and breweries. It’s also a short drive to the riverfront. The host, Scott, was wonderful and all his instructions were clear and simple. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Kristy R.
