This beautiful condo is just steps away from the very best Downtown Wilmington has to offer. From our location you can literally walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping that you can handle. Wilmington\`s famous Battleship NORTH CAROLINA is moored just across the river and can be seen directly from the balcony of my condo. Bespoke, the best coffee shop in town is just a 3 min walk Wake and Bake Donuts is just 2 min. Walk to the historic district and soak up some Wilmington\`s unique history or stroll down the riverwalk and enjoy the views. By car the condo is 12 minutes to the airport, 14 minutes to UNCW campus, 20 minutes to Wrightsville beach, and 25 minutes to Carolina beach. The public bus stop is a 3 min walk away. But most area\`s are easily walkable from your downtown location. All the information for the apartment check in/out procedures and parking was detailed and perfect, we never had a question about anything. Liked looking out over the Main Street for people watching. Despite that and the other side facing the back of some bars, the condo is very quiet. Felt safe. ##### anne m. We both fish and spent the weekend on the water so it was nice to have a place to shower and sleep. The location was fantastic. Safe and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The deck out front over looking the river was nice and the gated parking spot was perfect for when your in the city. The wine bottle as a welcome gift was a wonderful touch! Everyone has their own opinion of beds. The bed on site was very lumpy. Not sure if it was old or what but the left side of the bed was on a slant so we both woke up with back aches.
