The home was nice, but the overhead light in the queen bedroom did not work and the grass was quite long. Overall it was a convenient location to everything in Wilmington. ##### Aleesa G. The front patio chair cushions had stains on them and the little table hadn't been cleaned in forever. When I lifted the cushions figuring that I would just sit on the wicker, the chair was covered with leaves and spiderwebs. The beige couch and chair in living room had stains all over it. I had to spread a sheet over the couch to sit on it. The freezer had not been cleaned. The outdoor grill was EXTREMELY GROSS. It had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a Combat (Roach/Mouse, unsure which one) left on the kitchen counter. The living room floor is sinking in one area. The house appeared to be clean and the bedsheets fresh. (I travel with my own sheets, although my daughter slept on those provided). I tend never to say never, so I'll just say that it is extremely unlikely that I would rent this place again. ##### Renee J. The house was great, it had everything we needed! The washer/dryer was awesome to have especially with all our beach visits! The fenced in backyard was also so nice to have for our dogs!
