The location was perfect for dining and shopping. We were able to walk to all locations as parking is at a minimum. It does get a bit loud at night with the busy nightlife in the downtown area. Checkin and check out were so simple. We wanted a place Downtown where we could park the car and be able to walk to all of our favorite shops, bars, and restaurants. Very safe. Wrightsville Beach was wonderful, very hot, and an easy drive from 105 Market. The condo was perfect - all amenities were great, the shower and bathroom were top notch, and David the host was easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful.
