This oceanfront 2 bedroom is located on Carolina Beach Ave South, where you are away from the heavier traveled Lake Park Blvd. Just a few blocks down from the newly renovated Carolina Beach Boardwalk you are close to many of the attractions and restaurants of Carolina Beach. The condo is just steps from the beach, accessible from a private walkway. There is also a small community pool where you can relax and take in some rays. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from your deck then enjoy the evening breeze and the sound of the surf. We have free internet and wifi. Coral Surf has a no pet policy and the entire condo complex is a smoke free zone. We spend almost the whole day there. It’s a convenient location to a few restaurants and ice cream shops. I like that we had assigned parking. We had a group of 4 and the unit was very accommodating. Plenty of towels - even beach towels. I was glad we had the washer/dryer bc my husband was rolled by a big wave and we had to wash his clothes. The unit itself was pretty clean. I guess if I had to complain about something, the drains in the showers were pretty slow. Also there’s not really a place to store and groceries you may buy. Nice view of the water, with the high dunes blocking out the people on the beach - felt more private. Be aware that the cleaning & property fees (which I think are pretty high for the size property, especially since we were just there one night) does not include the kitchen, so you have to be prepared to clean the kitchen and take out all trash. ##### Jennifer S. The view from the front room can't be beat & is literally steps from the beach. The kitchen is nicely updated & the W/D were both spacious- it is also quiet & cozy. The condo is nice and has a decent-sized balcony. The beach access was clean and well maintained. The only slightly irritating thing was being the condo next to the pool/pool gate and the gate to the beach access. It would get quite noisy during the day, rendering the outdoor space unsuitable at those times. Overall, I would stay there again, possibly in the off-season. ##### Caleb B. The condo is right on the beach, which was super, because it was so close and the girls could go back for snacks, drinks, bathroom. It was convenient to rent chairs and umbrella's at this location. The condo was just what we needed, and pictures are accurate. The only problem was parking; we had two big trucks and there was not enough room.
