We stayed for a month so it suited us. The property description shows 1 1/2 bath but there is only one. There are steep steps up the side of the building to gain entry, nice deck which unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use. Some minor repairs are needed to make the property 5 star. Some extra cleaning and providing some cleaning products for long stay guests would be appreciated. Seal on washing machine needs replacing. ##### Kay A. The apartment is located in a good location and conveniently located a few mins from Trader Joes and 15 mins from the location. The only issue we had with the property was the parking situation with their other VRBO unit, which is located on the same property. The property is large enough to host four vehicles comfortably, but their we're six cars at the time of our stay. The host has poor communication, so don't expect a response after booking the unit.
