It was perfect! So close to the university, super clean, beds very comfortable (even the pullout), and had everything we needed!! The pullout is only a double bed so it’s great for one adult, or two small kids. We did bring a full size air mattress so our 12 yr old did not have to share the pullout with his 18 yr old brother Fri night and there was plenty of room to set up that air mattress near the washer/dryer area in kitchen. And the location was convenient for us to walk to Front street and all the restaurants and brewerys in the area. Bed was super comfortable and the place was super clean. The home is clean, well maintained, and has everything you could need. It is in a prime location that is close to downtown and a short drive to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and the historic beauty of Wilmington are right around the corner. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive and you can tell they care about their property and the guests that are staying there.
