Very clean, very well appointed, the parking garage was a great plus for us, and the location is ideal for enjoying downtown. The description says that it isn’t wheelchair accessible, but that didn’t really register with me until we were there unloading our luggage and taking it upstairs from the parking garage. That was a bit rough; however, we learned quickly that you can park temporarily in the lot at the main entrance of the building to unload your belongings and then park your car in the garage. No big deal at all! We felt like that would be a great bit of info to let guests know. I may have missed that in our communications, but either way we learned and loading the car back up to leave was much easier upon doing this. There are stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom, which is good to know if you have mobility issues as well. We loved it and hopefully will stay here again when we come to Wilmington! ##### Valerie H. We loved staying in this super modern loft with everything we needed. We could walk to our favorite restaurants and the Riverwalk from this great downtown location. In the heart of historic downtown. Safe, underground parking (steps to get up to the main floor). Easy walk to Live Oak amphitheater, shops, and restaurants. Great communication from PM.
