Wake up to breathtaking ocean views at Pelican Watch 602, a stunning 6th-floor oceanfront condo designed for comfort and relaxation. With private access to oceanfront decks, you can sip your morning coffee while listening to the waves. Inside, the spacious living area offers seating for six, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV with cable, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area include modern appliances, a dining table with seating for six, and additional barstools, providing a great space for enjoying meals with family and friends.  
  
This condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with ocean views. The primary suite boasts a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-door walk-in shower for a spa-like retreat. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and its own flat-screen TV, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. A shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo ensures convenience for all. Plus, a washer and dryer in the unit allow you to keep up with laundry during your stay.  
  
Beyond the condo, Pelican Watch offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including a heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a relaxing hot tub. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.
