Super clean. Decorated nicely but not overly fancy. We loved that we could bring the dog. There were even dog toys, a crate and couch covers. The house had EVERYTHING! Coffee, coffeemaker, condiments, soap and toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and more. We had packed all of this based on our prior experience with rentals but it was super nice to find it already stocked including some things we had forgotten. The linens are top notch. None of those super bleached and starchy itchy ones. The neighborhood is great. Close to everything. The hosts were amazing. No two page lists of things to do and don’t do. I loved that they told us to set the temperature for our comfort. Check out was as simple as loading the dishwasher (although we did strip the beds too!). This truly made it a relaxing vacation for me and we will definitely be back. ##### Valeree A. My mom was able to bring her oxygen tank and relax without having to worry about things. The house was adorable and comfy. The 2 beagles we have were able to run around outside just fine. Great communication from the owners. It was a quiet time. My brother lives in Wilmington and was able to come over with his kids. We honestly and I'm tearing up cause we never get to all hang out. The house was affordable and wonderful. We brought a dog crate but there was one there. Not sure if it's that all the time.
