About this space  
a Private house in Perfect location, at Market St, in the Heart of Wilmington, DE with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , perfect for teams, can host groups up to 10 people. perfect location 6 minutes drive to Interstate I-95, 20 Miles to Philadelphia Airport, 2 Miles to Wilmington train and Bus station, conveniently located in historic Midtown!, Walking distance to Wilmington business district, the Brandywine Park, fine dining and entertainment.  
The space  
Private Twin house in Market St, contains 5 bedrooms , 1 bedroom in the downstairs with a king bed and the other 4 bedrooms upstairs, each one has a queen bed.  
There 2 full bath, one on each floor, a family room, full kitchen with cooking essentials and washer and dryer in the basement, nice back yard, hi speed wifi and 5 Smart TVs.

Other things to note  
Some time neighbors can be a bit noisy, it\`s market St. : ) but shouldn\`t be a problem
