Walkable to all the boardwalk and downtown spots: shopping, eating, live music, riverboats, etc. Really appreciated smart TVs, comfy furniture, balcony. Only took off 1 (little) star because there’s no dishwasher and there’s a bit of a funky smell in the unit. Overall, it’s a great value and comfortable! ##### Wendy J. The balcony overlooking the river and the Riverwalk provided great views. Everything was as advertised, and the owner, Kelly, and the property manager Nancy were very communicative and helpful. We really enjoyed staying at the condo, it is very well kept -the balcony is right over the street with all the activity - can see the ship from right there really a nice place. We will do it again. Apartment itself is clean and cozy. Complex is not well maintained by real estate company that appears to own it. Parking complicated if you do not know what you are doing.
