Please read the full description of the property as it explains everything you will need to know for your stay ! \- This is a Non-Smoking \- No Parties \- No Pets The Flotilla is a 1500 sqft home that consists of : \- 2 full bathrooms & 4 beds \- Beds: 3 king & 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room \- Linens are included \- Each bedroom & the living room has a new Roku smart Tv's with Netflix. \- pack-n-play \- full kitchen & dining room \- sun porch & courtyard \- Key-less entry The home sleep 8 adults comfortably, the maximum number of allowed guests is 10\. Although we allow 10 guests, we only supply lines for the 4 beds. You are responsible for additional guest sleeping accommodations and additional linens. PLEASE READ THE "WE PROVIDE " SECTION BELOW This is the entire home, it has a shared wall, like a duplex with another vrbo, that is attached to the right side of the main home. There will be NO contact or communication between you and the other vrbo, each place has its own private entrance and patio. children are welcome in the home, but must ALWAYS be under adult supervision. The home has a beautiful sun porch and courtyard with a 6 ft privacy fence, along with a grilling & picnic area, chairs and a picnic tables. We are located 6 blocks / 3 min. ride to Carolina beach access and the boardwalk, 2 blocks from the local park with a walking/bike trail, dog park, soccer fields, baseball fields, Skate board park, tennis and basketball courts. WE PROVIDE • LINENS: 1 sheet set, 1 blanket & 2 pillows per bed (4 beds) • TOWELS:8 towels, 4 washcloths & 2 hand towels per bathroom (2 bathrooms). • Pots/ pans / dishes & Basic cooking utensils • dish soap • hand soap ( we do not provide shampoo/ Cond.) • coffee pot with 2 coffee packs, sugar and coffee creamer (makes 8 cups each) • charcoal grill (Charcoal not included) • Washer and Dryer • Laundry soap ( 2 small boxes ) • Dishwasher pods • Baby pack and Play. \*\* Check-in & check-out \*\* • Check In is at 4:00 pm • Check out is by 11:00 am sharp (if you leave later than 11 am you may be charged an additional charge) • You must be at least 25 years old rent the home \*\*\* Firm Cancellation policy \*\*\* • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date • 0% refund if canceled less then 30 days before arrival date Parking & Entrance to the Home 4 car max. Parking is directly in front of the home in the circular driveway. The Left side of the circular driveway is for management parking / 24-hour access to the property. PLEASE do not BLOCK this part of the driveway. Key-less entry allows you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule . The key-less code will be sent to you by 4 pm in a VRBO message the day of your arrival. Activities / Places around \* Mike chappel park is located 2 blocks from the home, it has tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, skateboard park and a 3-mile paved walking / bike trail. We are located about 3 min from the Carolina beach recreation center that has a gym and many other classes / events. It is very easy to get around the Island. Most people travel by bike, walking or golf cart, these items can be rented at Pleasure Island Rentals and Sun fun rentals. You can bike or golf cart to all destination on Carolina beach. \* Carolina Beach state park where you can fish, hike several trails, launch your boat and Kayak. \* There is much more that can be done at the beach such as paddle board, surf lessons (Tony Silvagni surf school) and walk the boardwalk. The boardwalk has bingo night, fireworks every Thursday, free movies at the lake and free summer concerts. More info. about events, restaurants and activities will be provided in the home when you arrive. \* The left side of the property is sectioned off for the use of the property managers so they can provide fast and accurate services if needed. Management will reside on the property in a separate dwelling for any needed repairs. We cannot wait for you to see our Beautiful Island! There was plenty of parking and plenty of space in the home itself. We enjoyed the covered/enclosed back patio as well as the uncovered part of the outside area including the picnic table, which my children really enjoyed. They also came in handy after a trip to the ocean because we could hang out outside until it was our turn in the showers and there were plenty of places to let our clothes/towels dry enough to shake off sand. The washer and dryer came in handy as well! The only thing that may be a negative point for some was the proximity to the beach, since it was 6 blocks away. However, we appreciated the calm of the neighborhood and being away from the traffic on the main road. We just drove and parked closer which worked better for us than walking with kiddos. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, and the decor was inviting. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this place again! ##### Renee T. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. There is enough room that in our group of 8 it was easy to find a nook for privacy or quiet. the patio and backyard are great entertaining spaces, the kitchen is big enough to be the center of interaction and the dining room was large enough for meals and evening games and fellowship. The living room or den was not large but accommodating and was comfortable as a 4th bedroom. I loved how all of the availible streaming services were logged in to a home account so that purging your own accounts at the end of the trip wasnt a thought. The bathrooms were clean and very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. This home is further from the beach than some people would prefer but the neighborhood is quiet, and distance from the beach is deffinatley factored into the more than reasonable price of the rental. I have no complaints only suggestions. We did spend time on the beach so a broom to sweep up sand and a fully enclosed outdoor shower would put this place over the top. Checkin/out was simple and communication with property managers was easy and professional. Everything you need is in the blue notebooks. I go to Carolina beach every summer and despite being further from the ocean than I prefer this was one of the 2 best rentals I've ever stayed in. ##### Greg D. Owners were very thoughtful , and had the Flotilla well equipped, with all the necessary essentials. Perfect place , not that far from boardwalk, restaurants, and even Carolina Beach State Park.
