It is a 3rd floor unit with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Sand Pebbles is an 86-unit well-maintained complex with a private beach access, lifeguard stand nearby and two private pools. You will enjoy oceanfront and pool views from the large covered private balcony. Feel the beach all around you with gorgeous sunrises and crashing waves only a few steps away. WE DO PARTIAL WEEK RESERVATIONS ALL YEAR LONG and 10% discount 7 nights or more. Message owner for long-term off-season rentals. Please note: Sand Pebbles does not have an elevator. The entire unit has hardwood floors. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with extended cable and Roku streaming for any subscription-based services that you have i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc. The fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has cookware needed for family cooking. A dining area for four is provided and additional seating for four is available at the bar. The master bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed with its own private bath and smart TV with extended cable. The second bedroom has two twin beds, smart TV with extended cable. A queen-size sofa sleeper is available in the living area for additional guests. Linens are provided and beds are made up before your arrival. A full guest bathroom is available for everyone. Two-car limit covered parking is available. During the summer season May 23 - Sep 1, we have contracted with a local beach gear rental company to provide two lounge chairs and umbrella for our guests. They will be set up at 9:00 am and picked up at 5:00 pm each day. You can enjoy the beach in the Carolina sun and take a break with a little shade. Our condominium is our personal condo. We have kitchen supplies, high speed wireless internet access, dvds, books, beach chairs, and toys available for your use. All of the furniture and appliances are well maintained. There is a high top patio table set and additional seating outside on the private balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful view and sound of the ocean. Directly across the street is Uncle Vinnie's Pizza, and The Spot Bar & Grill. Within 2 blocks of the condo is Butts n Such, Fun Time Ice Cream, ocean front Tiki Bar and a convenient store. A mile away is CB Boardwalk, CB Lake, summer season rides, many restaurants, shops, pubs, and of course, Britt's donuts. During the summer months, live music and fireworks every Thursday evening at the Boardwalk and Sunday family movie night at the lake. Explore family friendly attractions at the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Civil War Museum, two fishing piers, and a drive in beach access at Freeman Park. It was fully stocked and we were so close to the beach and pool. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Several restaurants are nearby within walking distance. I appreciate covers on mattresses but would suggest switching from the plastic covers that are noisy and hot. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, pans. The unit was clean. Lots of things sometimes not found in other rentals such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper - which was very thoughful. The view of the beach from the balcony was great. Easy and private beach access definitely a plus. Overall we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely look to rent this property again. ##### Dwight I. Three flights of stairs a worthwhile challenge for us but not a good idea for anyone with ambulatory problems. This property had everything we needed plus some! The owner made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed. And it was a great location because we could just walk across the street or up the street a little bit to eat out. Everything was spotless and we felt at home right away. We appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked with dishes, spices, and coffee. (You may want to highlight the coffee maker has a Keurig.) Our only suggestions are in the room with the twin beds - connect the ceiling light with the wall switch and add a curtain over the blinds. Thank you for a great vacation! ##### jeffrey w. The condo is super clean, and the building was relatively quiet during our stay. (No rowdiness). Great location very close to the private beach access and a nice 15-minute stroll to the boardwalk, ferris wheel, and other amusements. The hosts were very attentive, leaving nice touches like a basket of snacks :) But the best, in my opinion, was the beach umbrella set up daily from 9-5 and included with the rental - NICE :) ##### Rosanna S. It was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely patio with a view of the ocean. I did not get the check-in instructions two weeks ahead of time. It did take a call and text to get a response from the owner. To be fully transparent, it was over Christmas once I spoke with the owner, I had no issues whatsoever. It turned out the reservation was made with an email address that I know longer used and couldn’t access.
